If you didn’t want a Dodge Dart on your next busniess trip and could expense it, which one would you rent?
I’m
to lazy to figure out how
not savvy enough to add a poll. So if you know how, let me know.

RX-7 since that’s the only car out of those that I’ve never driven.

The 911 all day. Second place would be the Cayman.

I’m going to say Cayman. If I’m renting a car, I’m probably on vacation & have more stuff then normal with me. So I need the extra space.

911.
The Cayman would be nicer but I ain’t renting a car from someone who wears a red shirt, suspenders and matching red fedora.

Tough decision. All tempting in their own ways.
I’d probably go RX-7 since I’ve never driven one and want to. Cayman as second choice.

how many days is this business trip??? be fun to see what kind of MISadventures, that you could get into by buying a car for that amount....... $130-ish seems “average”.......so 130 times the number of days???......... abandon it afterwards.......or if youre chicken, sell it..............

Lets be generous and call it a week long business trip. 650 for the week buys you a car that has a high probability of not lasting the week. Plus whatever you bought for parts and tools.

$650 you say.............................................................. thats a nice starting point....... where did you say you were tripping to?............... to check craigs...............

90% of the time “Business Trip” usually means flying.
Cab / Uber / Lyft for ground transportation.

911 is best value, though RX-7 would be a more interesting experience.

Purely hypothetical, these are all based in Denver though. I might just rent one for the day because, fuck it, why not.

How is this even a question? Rent the cheapest of course! (The fact that today that happened to be a 911 is pure coincidence.)

can you imagine the look on the secretary’s face, or that old lady in accounting, when you hand over the keys to the “new” car(screwdriver used to start it) and tell her “congratulations/ surpriiiiiise, the company owns this”........ i’ll start looking....... you know, for...... “research” $650, here we come.......
